1. Right of Withdrawal – Physical Products

Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods,
except for custom-made or personalized products.

Custom-made 3D printed products are non-refundable.

2. Digital Products

Digital products (STL files) are non-refundable once the download has started.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
